An expert from London guided for Arthritis and Rheumatism in a free camp organized by Project ‘Life’

 



On 27th of February, Project ‘Life’ organized a free medical camp for the guidance of the remedies of Arthritis and Rheumatism. The expert who guided the participants was Smt. Meenalben Madhoobhai Mehta. More than 150 participants got the benefit of the camp.
Smt. Menalben Madhoobhai Mehta is a philanthropist based at London. She has been associated with many social and spiritual activities since long. She is the daughter of the renowned humanitarian Shri Meghajibhai Pethrajbhai Shah who is fondly remembered by one and all for his action of building Shri M P Shah Medical College at Jamnagar and many schools in the Jamnagar District.

The camp was organized at Shri Kantilal Mohanlal Mehta Auditorium at Level-6 of ‘Life’, Race Course, Ring Road, Rajkot. Smt. Meenalben gave insights on how to cure and to be saved from Arthritis and Rheumatism which is a common problem nowadays. She also distributed tablets to relieve the pain of Arthritis and Rheumatism free of cost. Beneficiaries acknowledged their gratitude towards Meenalben for guiding them and Project ‘Life’ for organizing useful camp.

Case Study: Sidhdhapura Rita Rasiklal– The Life-Changing experience



Background:
Sidhdhapura Rita Rasiklal lives in a tiny village called Bhalpara near to tehsil Veraval of Gujarat. Her husband goes for labor work on the daily wages base. They have 4 years old son.


The Critical Moment & The spirit:
Sidhdhapura Rita Rasiklal wanted to study even though her financial condition and social limitations. Her husband was also eager to let her study. But then there was the problem of fees. Sidhdhapura Rita Rasiklal started to look for graceful financial aid.
         

The ‘Life’ intervention:
Project ‘Life’ as a part of its Centre for Excellence in Education Programme gives scholarship to the needy students. The spirit of Sidhdhapura Rita Rasiklal for study got her the scholarship from Project ‘Life’.

The Satisfying Picture:
Today Sidhdhapura Rita Rasiklal goes to study her S.Y.B.A. lessons and she takes her son with her to the college. She is gratified !
